• The mortgage document preparation fee; and
• One standard valuation fee.

If there is more than one property to be valued an additional valuation fee of approximately $220.00 (formal quote will be obtained upon application) per property will be payable. (NB If the property value exceeds $500,000 a quote should be obtained for the valuation cost.) Additional Legal costs will apply as follows:

• Additional Security Property $165.00 per property
• Guarantee $165.00 per guarantee
• Companies/Trust $165.00 per entity

The application fee quoted above does not include government statutory charges or mortgage solicitor disbursements.
